I too would guess physical injury. It's possible she could have hurt herself. I know of one person with a retic that struck and hit the wall of its cage, and screwed up its neck. They ultimately decided to put it down if I remember right. Not saying that's what you should do, but just saying it's possible she injured herself. I'd get an X-Ray done and see what the vet has to say.

I asked if she had her tested for IBD. In the video her boa shows symptoms of IBD; stargazing, neck twisting, unable to turn itself upright. I never said her boa has IBD just curious if she had it tested..
