I have sprayed him,
I kept 3 water bowl in his enclosure for 2 weeks up to his molt and took them out yesterday to clean them and forgot to put them back in, and he started to shed that night,

It's all coming off smoothly now, and it feels a bit like cling wrap,
So it's not dry anymore

That's a really bad shed! You need to increase the humidity of the enclosure. Does he eat well?

Also, it's hard to tell, but he might have a stuck eyecap which you NEED to work off of him. Reptilegal this stuff is important for your snake.

One more thing, does he have substrate or do you keep him just on wood like that?

What is the blue string like thing in the 2nd and 3rd picture? It looks almost like a wire tie or something.

Can we see a shot of the entire cage so that we can help you better his environment? A lot of stuff looks off and we would love to help you.

That is a horrendously inadequate cage! There's no bedding whatsoever, I don't see a water dish....there appears to be loose string/wire tie holding the mesh around the heat bulb. Why on earth would you post such disgusting husbandry on a forum??? You need to seriously reconsider how you are keeping that beautiful animal or it will become sick.

Carpet pythons and diamond pythons require a nice layer of bedding (Cypress mulch is a good choice, never use pine or cedar as the aromatic oils are poison to snakes), and humidity around 40-60%, up to 80-90% when they are shedding. Snakes NEED hides to feel comfortable and secure; an open, exposed cage like in your pictures will stress the animal.

When a snake is in shed, it should always be left in its main enclosure, in my opinion, so the fact that it may be outside, out of his environment, when it really should be left alone, is another issue. =(

Not out of the enclosure but a space in the viv like a ledge so the snake can perch or maybe get closer to the heat source.
