Morzan and Homura
Well, I just got the shipping notification for the arrival of my Picasso stripe and hypo BRBs, scheduled for arrival on Wednesday! I'm just going to lump them here together since they're coming in at the same time, so hopefully updates will be a bit more frequent.
The hypo is a female, born on June 20, 2015, and the Picasso stripe is a male, born on July 30, 2015. Morzan, the Picasso, is a littermate of Guin's.
When they arrive I'll have some pictures to put up!

Sounds like you've been bitten hard by the rainbow bug. Can't wait to see pics of the new additions. Love baby boas, and BRB's are some of the brightest.

Re: Morzan and Homura
Here they are! I expected them to either be Sanji's size at ~8 months (80-90grams), or roughly his current size, and I was technically right on both counts. :P The female is big, and the male is teeny, even teenier than Sanji at that age. The reason for this is Dave tells me that the male is rather sensitive with his food, so he's having to remain on much smaller meals. So, he's going to be sticking to mouse fuzzies for awhile.
Homura, the female was a real sweetheart when I got her out, but she was looking for stuff to climb on immediately coming out of the bag, and she was climbing at the top of her tub earlier, but is soaking her head in her water dish right now. She came out to 124 grams in the bag.
And her in her tub. It had dried out overnight, so I went back in it and sprayed it down again and put some moss in there, the male's tub already had moss and is still nice and humid.
The male, Morzan, came out at 70 grams in the bag, and came out swinging wildly, snapping randomly in the air at the slightest movement and even bit the strap on my camera. >.> He didn't bite me though he was eyeballing my wrist when I tried to get him in the tub.
So those are the newcomers! I'll be posting some more pictures once they take a meal or two. I'll probably give the male at least two meals before I handle him, due to the sensitivities mentioned, but the female should be ok to go if she takes her first meal without hesitation.

Re: Morzan and Homura
Really great looking pair, even if the male is a bit neurotic, lol. Hopefully he'll get over the attitude and calm down. Love the orange on the female and the contrast on the male.

lol I wouldn't really mind even if he doesn't or takes a long time, he's so tiny and BRBs don't get very big. I guess I'll see how he does once he eats a few times.

Re: Morzan and Homura
Thanks everyone! She really is nice, bright like an orange highlighter. I can't wait to see how much color she keeps as an adult, from what I can tell they generally show their final colors around 18 months of age.

Re: Morzan and Homura
I'm a little late to the party, but I gotta say that your female is one nifty little gal. BRB's were never my thing, but I never had seen one THAT orange before. I also love the way it brings out her head markings, really makes it pop!
Looking forward to seeing more of these guys. Congrats on the handsome fellas!
