Welcome...and what kind of snake, out of curiousity? I suspect you cannot ship a "very large custom enclosure" either so it would help us to know what area you are in too? And if I'm reading the rules correctly, your snake & enclosure belongs only in the "classified" section....(I'm fairly new here too)
