Corn cage

Hey all,
So for the corn snake I will be getting (haven't figured out where yet), I'm going with an Exo-Terra terrarium 24Lx18Wx12H. Heat will be Flex-Watt, with a Vivarium Electronics thermostat. Bedding will be Repti-Bark. Should I just use paper towels as bedding at first to make sure the snake doesn't have mites or anything?

Re: Corn cage

If you havent got the cage yet then my opinion would be to go for a three foot ones instead, provide plenty of hides and cover and it should last the snake all its life.

Re: Corn cage

I agree, larger is always better with plenty of hides. Follow proper instructions during the quaranteen period and everything will be fine.
