Edible? Or not
I had these mice frozen for a month and was wandering if they look edible for my snakes , they look kinda dark, maybe they were just bruised from killing it?

They were saran wrapped and in a plastic bag in the freezer

There's nothing unsafe about freezer burn. It just means it's dried out on the surface.

Well thats not quite true. Freezer burn also denatures the fats and breaks down vitamins. Its probably not a big deal either way, but over the long run Id not recommend feeding prey consistently freezer burned.

i rotate my frozen prey every 3 months...
imo they're still good after 4 months in the freezer though mate
