Re: kidney problems?
I've seen what hes talking about once in my retics, but I didn't think it was a big deal so I didn't bother looking it up.
The druid urate "pellet" was moist when it was dropped and dried quickly and ended up looking like a pile of crumbs.
Again, I don't know what it means, I'm simply describing what I believe you to be referring to so others can help.

That's THE telltale sign of kidney issues.

Re: kidney problems?
My Madu Retic drinks a lot of water and seems to go every two days as well. The last year this seems to be slowing down- maybe every three days now. I always try to keep the water fresh and he does like it!

Every non SD retic I have ever owned has been a pee machine, they drink a TON and pee a ton, that part is completely normal.

Yup. Apples to oranges.
If you think it's a kidney issue but arrent sure, go to a vet.
Or
Treat at home as if your snake has a kidney issue other than medicines. Thats a vet item imho.
So
I think a vet visit is in order
