Albino Bullsnake Picked Up Today
Yeah, I couldn't resist this rare opportunity, when I saw him, I thought about him for a while until today. Here he is. Sol, my Albino Bullsnake. He is cbb 2010 and pretty friendly but a bit jumpy because of his new environment. I will let him settle in, skipping him for tomorrow's feeding day and giving him a bit of time to get used to his new home. The only pic I have is this one for now and after he's settled in, I will take more pics.

Re: Albino Bullsnake Picked Up Today
Nice! He's got more color than the one I was asked to rehome about a month ago; more weight, too--when the guy brought the one I have over, I had to bite my tongue hard to keep from blasting him about the snake's condition. Looked like a concave upside-down V. Fortunately, he was not so starved that he wouldn't eat and is looking better every week. In fact, he was quite happy to eat 2 days after I got him. Whew!
Anyway, you got a beauty!

Great pickup!
I don't know my colubrids well, but is that a "candycane" albino bull snake?

How is his attitude?
Pits can put on great displays. Mouth open hissing and tail rattling are very common. Mine will sometimes throw her substrate at you with her tail and a big hiss/jump display. It's funny because I just grab her and ut all stops. Then she is 100% docile.

Re: Albino Bullsnake Picked Up Today
He was a bit jumpy when I first got him but I chalk that up to his new environment. Other than that, he moved around very similar to a Corn. I skipped him in today's feeding and will feed him next Sunday with everyone else. He is a bit underweight but the guy said he just ate last Wednesday. He's only 2 years old and the guy had him on a every other week feeding schedule eating Smalls to Mediums. I think I will bump up his frequency to every week at least until his weight gets back to normal. He does look pretty though and I am looking forward to working with him.

All I know is what the guy said and he called him an Albino.
