Thats exactly what it is....sometimes if I imss a "feeding day" I wake up in the night and notice he is staring at me while I sleep with his little python head held up high. *L*
LOL my ball python 6 days of the week is " ewww don't touch me!! don't look at me... DON'T COME NEAR MY ENCLOSURE!!!" ... that one day (feeding day) Awwww Mikey!! I love you!!! come hold me!!!! "
You must have a shy little fellow. Mine hides for about two days after a meal, then after that he is all about staring at me and climbing around his enclosure. *L* He was a bit more shy when I was keeping him a rubbermaid, but since his new tank doesn't allow much privacy aside from hides, he has really warmed up to us and the activities that go on in the house!
