Gtp update(shed and eating)

Okay Well I fed the Gtp once again last night. It ate no problem after the inital drawback. It defecated earlier this week. I have been keeping the humidity up because it went into shed even though i wasnt quite sure at first. This morning I woke up and it was working its skin off. It is not a perfect shed unfortunately. Being it ate last night i dont want to mess with it. Im going to drape a paper towel soaked in warm water over it to see if that helps, I dont want to have to manually remove the shed being as its so small. If anything should i just leave it for next shed?

Keep the humidity up and give it 2 days to digest. After 2 days if you still see some stuck shed take a damp cloth and lightly rub the spot. It should come right off but please allow it to digest first.

this

you could let it slither it's way through a damp face cloth, while you gently hold the cloth round it's body, making a tunnel out the cloth and your hand

be careful though as young gtp spines are very delicate

i usually give carpet pythons, a soak in a warm bath, then peel the shed off with my finger nails, just keep an eye on the scales as your doing it,it should give no more resistance than peeling sellotape off,it comes off easier in the bath imo

cheers shaun

Yeah I was not going to mess with it until it has digested. But it worked most of it off. Just one spot on its neck behind the head there is a tad.

Yeah I read up on that but I want to do as little touching as possible because im totally freaked about causing kinking/permanently damage.
