Re: New Platinum!!!
Ya. I really should QT him. I guess I just trust Prehistoric Pets too much cuz I've been a customer with them for as long as I can remember and have never had any problems with anything I have ever got from them. I just put them together for a quick photoshoot together. They're in separate tanks now though.

Re: New Platinum!!!
Prehistoric pets keeps so many snakes that its a lot harder on them to have a very "good code of health" in comparison to smaller breeders IMO. Only times I have gotten snakes with mites came from two large breeders -BHB Reptiles, and Bob Clark . . . QT is a very needed process for those issues we can see, and those we can not.

Re: New Platinum!!!
Congrats on your new addition
I would wait until you've done a full quarantine before putting them together like that again

Not trying to bad talk Prehistoric Pets or anything, but nearly every single unboxing I've watched on YouTube from people getting snakes from them had complaints about mites.
