dont really have a name for it. by guessing i think its a her. backstory behind her is somewhere in an old thread but she is well. adn yes the plants are dead, she just digs em around and knocks tehm over and they eventually die :/ EDIT: i guess i posted this because i was reading about someones sav dying by ?drwoning? in a water bowl. when i got her from some guy north of where i live, she was in a plastic tub, open top with a clip on lamp thing on aspen mulch or w/e they call it (the stuff u keep rats on) so for the first like 3-5 weeks she never came out from under her water bowl and at night somestimes she wud sleep in it and i knew it was NOT normal to do this. so i just watched her closely, let her do her thing, and now shes a very sweet monitor, still tries to bite and thrash at me, but she means well i think lol

Biting and thrashing is quite natural. Prefer that to limp and lethargic hands down.
