If your foing to set up an entire room like this I suggest visiting a hydroponics shop or a greenhouse supply store. You can use a baseboard thermostat on an outlet with a small heater plugged into it to keep minimum temps. They also have the same for humidity. You plug a humidifier into it and when the humidity drops on it goes. Keeping the room constant makes your enclosure environments also stay very constant. Its a bit of work to build a room and set it up but well worth it.
