Re: Happy Thanksgiving, everybody!

Thanksgiving is the celebration of the Native American's last supper. The British befriend them, fed them, and earn they trust. Then stole they're land and raped their women.

Anyway if your family get together are like some of mine here's your theme song for tomorrow.

Happy Thanksgiving to all.

Happy Thanksgiving to all.
Pretty much. Personally I've never cared too much for the holiday. I guess I'm a bit un-American.

sorry.. my little rant about the holidays. People forget what they really stand for.

I hate shopping during the Christmas holidays...period. It doesn't matter if I'm grocery shopping or what. I HATE being at a store so crowded with rude people.

I have to work Black Friday at both jobs. I don't look forward to dealing with all the people hassling, getting pissed off, and being rude and angry over stupid crap.

I'm wanting to look forward to Christmas holidays at my second job as it's normally the busiest season for restaurants. But I've been told by people who'd been there for years that this place is different and we won't get busy until closer to Christmas until about the middle of February. Either way, bring it on! I need the extra money! lol

For the last several years, I've done all my Christmas shopping online. This year I probably won't because I'll be waiting to the last minute.

Same, but I'm more than "a bit" unAmerican. Still, once I found out what actually happened with the whole thing (and not just what I was indoctrinated with as a child), it ruined my enjoyment of the holiday. At least I get a four day break from school and work, though. I'm thankful as hell for that!

This is how I see it.

It is a day to celebrate the fact that our forefathers finally realized how crappy England was and decided to peace out.

Happy Thanksgiving !!! Looking forward to good food (my mom makes the best stuffing ever!), a lot of Football, and not having to go to work at midnight tonight (have to go in at 8 am tomorrow, so a normal shift, yaay!)

Lets all enjoy the day, whatever you may be doing, and not argue, okay?
