I just got a 9 month old Dums Boa from an expo. I gave her a couple days to get used to his new in closer. But every time i try to handle her she acts fine but then she will pee/poop/musk on me. What should I do?
give her a few days to calm down in her new enviroment. post some pics of her and size. how much did u pay if you dont mind me asking? i just got one a month ago. shes about 22 inches and 130 grams
yeah but if you look at his post he says dums boa. maybe i misunderstood what he ment. His title says ground boa. I know they are two differnt snakes. thats why i also asked for pics of his snake
Give it a chance to settle in, let it eat at least once if not twice before even attempting to handle it. Also double check your temps and humidity just to be sure

It's advised to give a new herp at least a week to settle in before handling it. Everything has just changed, and handling it will only freak it out more, hence this response.
