ATB Litter number 3 from 10/16/12

So my big worry for this girls was that she had a shed on 4/5/12 that I thought was her POS but then she shed again on 6/12/12 which seems to have been her actual POS. This past weekend being the Tinley expo I had to be there and leaving the house Friday my big hope was no waxy poop before I left. I got lucky but then on Monday after getting back and not finding anything something had me looking in the cage every 5 minutes. I tried sleeping but every 30 minutes or so I would wake up and look at the cage. Finally at around 4am I saw the area between the glass and the track on the AP cage was all dark. Managed to get out of bed and get all the babies out without waking my wife but I though about it and thought she might get mad at me for not "trying" to wake her so I quietly whispered "babies" to which she woke up right away. haha It takes a special woman to not get mad for being woke up at 4am and an even more special woman to be happy about it. Anyway, here are pics of what made her happy!

First a pick of the mom

Dad is the same as the 9/3/12 litter which is interesting when you look at the babies

Group shot

"What did you say?"

Nice orange

These Halloween style gardens are just like the last litter's

Also ended up with 2 of these heavy patterned yellow/oranges just like last litter

I really like this rose colored garden that is looping on and off of the frame of this pic

All in all I could not be happier with this litter. Eight total babies, no slugs and no stills. I am going to use this same male again this year with different females and see if I get anything similar.

More pics after they shed, and I almost forgot the two neat gardens already ate for me!!

What beautiful variety! They are freaking adorable when they're at this stage, with their heads looking too big for their bodies.

Thanks everyone, the two gardens ate already and the whole litter is starting to go into shed so I will have more pics post shed soon!! I am thrilled with these babies and I find it very interesting how similar this litter is to my last one with this same father.

These are great snakes, and the variegation in the clutch is fantastic. I agree with Shaun as well, #5 is really cool picture.
