The guide and rest of the group missed this little beauty on our night walk but I'm pleased to say I spotted it straight away

Some of my other shots so far...

Amazing shots. Must have felt absolutely amazing to catch a glimpse of the orangutan. Super cool pics, hope we see some more. (Python pics would be great!! )

By the way, what kind of camera are you using?

Re: Some shots from Borneo

Thanks

I'm shooting with a canon 7D and 60mm lens for macro shots and canon 5D mk III with 24-70mm and 70-200mm lenses, I'll also combine the 70-200mm with a 2x extender for my longest shots.

They said that we do have pythons in the area but I've not spotted them yet. Still got a few days yet though so I'll keep my eyes peeled

You have some very nice photo's.. I have to agree with Shaun that last one is breath taking! Do you mind if I save that last picture for a back ground on my computer?

Great shots! Catching something the guide missed has to be satisfying.

Re: Some shots from Borneo

Some excellant shots! I do agree with several other folks -- that last shot is fantastic! Taken at dawn or dusk? Don't imagine opportunites like that moment come up very often ... some sunlight and moon light at the same time.
