That is an aberrant/striped Amealco locale male ruthveni.
The one below it is similar but is a Tapalpa locale ruthveni.

Well....if it were a BP I could make up some ridiculous price without any rhyme or reason, but instead.....since it'll eat hatchling BPs as snacks it's worth way less, even though there's a handful in existence....maybe it's because not every ten year old in the nation can breed them.....easy snakes must be worth a lot more.....lol

J/k.......if you find the right breeder you could get one similar for under or around $300.........
