Re: please help me ID my racer snake
Im pretty good at IDing racers but unfortunately I seem to lack some requirement to view the images you've attached. If you can upload them to like imgur.com and then link them here, I can try to help

Re: please help me ID my racer snake
I can see the images fine although I'm not great with colubrids.
Be patient till Wayne sees this later today, he'll ID it in 2 seconds.

Re: please help me ID my racer snake
Your snake resembles an antiguan racer in color and markings, but it's snout looks a bit too blunt - though that could just be the angle of the picture

Actually, that guy looks pretty small. I bet he's a juvie and still has those misleading colors and markings the young ones have. Lemme consult google real quick!

Re: please help me ID my racer snake
thank you for the responses. it was labeled as an Egyptian flowered racer, but the markings dont look right according to images ive seen online. IMO the markings look more like a Rogers racer. I named it Zeppelin. IDK if personality will be helpful in the ID,but its super friendly, active, curious and alert.

My guess is a juvi black racer, but I'll be the first to admit I'm no expert at IDing the young ones, lol. Their colors change so drastically as they age

What about it visually lets you know it's african? Honest question btw, I'd like to learn something new

Re: please help me ID my racer snake
Looks like one of the Diadem racers. Hard to tell in the pics which one.
