Hello everyone
Well I guess I cannot claim to be new, but I started thinking about ssnakess.com today when I ran into an old friend and thought what the heck I will see if I can remember my old password.....well it worked! My last official visit according to records was back in Dec 2008 so I guess its been awhile :P
I am not sure if there is any of the old crowd around, I believe im one of the first members if i recall correctly and judging by the memeber count and activity the site has grown quite a bit.
After this many years I am not only please to see such growth, but I am very impressed at how the site has evolved. I have no idea who owns it anymore or runs it for that matter but to those individuals I tip my hat, you have done a great job!
For those of you that do remember me I have to absolutely admit that I miss all the old times, the shows, the forum, the chat room ( remember that! ). After all these years I still do not keep any herps, infact no fish either, now its dogs but one never knows where life will take them.
Well now that I remember the password, I guess you may see me from time to time reading the forums and who knows, maybe ill run into some of you at a show someday, regardless, thanks for taking the time to read and congrats to all of you for carrying on the tradition of something that I thought from its inception many many years ago created in a dark basement, was always and continues to be something special.

Re: Hello everyone
sorry I have to apologize but my thread contains a website that has been gone for many many years and I must edit my profile as I was not aware that it is still attached and I just finished reading in the rules section that it is not allowed so please if a Mod has to edit it off feel free as I am unable to in the edit function currently as I type this, sorry.

Re: Hello everyone
Hey Shane! Good to see you back here after such a looong time. Unfortunately, you'll only find a few members from the "old days" here; occasionally Corey posts in here and Aaron is pretty active.
How have you been?
For those of you who don't know, Shane was an integral part of the creation of ssnakess at its inception with his brother-in-law Jeff.

Re: Hello everyone
Ooooh, the dirt that was!
Back in the early 2000's this site was like Studio 54 and Plato's Retreat all rolled into one.

Re: Hello everyone
Well, if it isn't the man himself.
Good to see you around again. I've always wondered became of THE "Mr.Tesser."
Chuck, he had pics of me of 10 years ago...I will BUY them from Shane so they don't ever see the light of day again....

Re: Hello everyone
Wayne; just imagine Aaron, with a little more of a hairline, and a little less grey because his hair used to be PINK!
Aaron used to look a little richer than 2% milk. More like 3.25%.
