acrylic sheet and question

I'm buying an 11x14 sheet of acrylic for a 20L tank to split in half to house two geckos. (I think that it's the right fit for the tank)

Is aquarium sealant good to use to seal the sides? Or should I use something else?

That is fine to use just allow it to air out and fully cure before placing animals in the tank.

Re: acrylic sheet and question

Maybe someone can help with this... but I'm splitting the tank right now, and it seems that each side is kinda small to house full sized leopard geckos...

Can you house a leopard in a ten gallon?

Re: acrylic sheet and question

Put the tank on its side and split it lengthwise. That way you lose no floor space and are just sacrificing height (which they dont use anyway)
