Regurging question

Ok so we have 2 different corn snakes in different households that that have regurged a day apart 1 is being treated for upper RI the other is perfectly healthy any thoughts as to why? the one with the RI I had to peel last night due to a bad shed could the stress have caused that its been 5 days since both snakes ate

If they regurged after five days, they're not digesting their meal; They need more heat.

That or the snake has an internal parasite, which is highly unlikely if it's a captive born animal.

Yes they are both captive bred one is 7yrs the other is around 4yrs

I'd say make sure there is a good hot spot for them to digest/metabolize.

And captive bred animals can get parasites.........

Since one of them has an RI I'd say that's a pretty good indicator that they need more heat.

Aside from poor quarantine, how can a captive bred animal get internal parasites?

Even frozen mice can give snakes internal parasites.
If the mice were frozen the day before by the "frozen rodent company" and you get it and thaw it out, not all of the parasites will be "dead"

I spoke with my vet he agreed with some of the posters above turn up the heat I will be purchasing higher watt reptile bulbs this weekend and possibly some thermostats as well thank you all for your thoughts if the problem persits the vet wants to see the other snake as well
