New Boa owner

Hello, I'm pleased to find this forum - it's always hard to know what to write as a newbie. Just put a deposit on my first snake - a 5.5' 6yr old Boa named Chunk. we hit it off right away. She will be coming home in approx 4 weeks when I can raise the rest of the cash for her - can't wait. Chunk and her viv will take pride of place in our living room. My wife is pretty happy about our anticipated arrival too - always an advantage. I'll be happy to receive any advice from your good selves. Cheers for taking time to read this. Andy

Re: New Boa owner

Welcome... Good choice of first snake, they're usually pretty mellow and slow moving. They all have their bad days tho so remember that. Goodluck to you and you family with your new snake
