something posibly wrong with my chameleon?

i came home from work today, and my chameleon has a red dot on the pad of his back foot. also his ankle is a slight blush of red\pink.

has anyone had this problem before? i've had him over 6 months, and have never seen this before.

any tips or advice would be helpful!
thanks.

Welcome to the forum!! Maybe it is just some inflammation, try some neosporin with no pain killer. Good luck.

He could have hurt his ankle. At this point I do not think it is vet worthy.
