Hi I have a 8 1/2 foot long tai beauty snake, she is normaly timid but comes out during the summer alot. I feed her every two weeks a large rat and she has a healthy size to her. I just fed her last about 4 days ago and she has been snapping at movement in front of her face. Now unfortunatly I have not held her in awhile and I dont always have the time to take her out. Is it because of lack of human interaction or food?
The bitey, more wild snakes make for better breeders....let them be snakes and they'll produce more......

So....If you want a snake you can parade around and hold then a beauty snake is not a great choice......In my opinion.....They are rat racers.......
