I'm pretty much the same. My leo's LOVE climbing on me!! I put my hand in one of the tanks and I get 2 leo's making their way up to my shoulders, and then switching shoulders as I clean/refresh things. I feed them before I go to bed though. In the morn I take the uneatten ones out.

Mine are adults so they are not as big feeding/poop machines as they used to be so my shecule is a little bit different.
Every day: Change water, check moisture hide
Every 3 days: Feed them, clean out feces, spot clean. Take them out to roam.
Every other feeding: Dust the feeders
Every month: Completely change paper towel substrate (I have extra paper towel wherre they poop so spot cleaning is easy)
and clean the glass with antibacterial soap. Clean all cage furniture.
Every 6 months: Bleach disinfect.

I'm sure I left out something also.

- In the morning I remove any mealworms that haven't been eaten and put back in their container.

- Go about my day

- Early evening (around 7pm) I take out some mealworms or whatever I'm feeding that night and put in her feeding dish. Replace piece of paper towel in poop corner, she always goes in the same spot and I use paper towel as substrate. The first time I cut out the area and cut up some paper towel to put there and replace every day. So easy! I then fill her water dish with clean water and clean it when needed (about 3 times a week).

- Every couple of days I remoisten her humid hide.

That's it for daily care. Total time 5-10min.

Everyother day I take them out to feed them. Check their humidity hide.

I just play it by ear - I check in on them and whatever needs to be done I do. I spot clean any poop, I replenish the mealworm dish, change water, if the hide needs to be remoistened, I do that too - and while I'm doing all this they are always climbing out on me
