Good year after all
I went through the eggs and got rid of the suspect eggs. I have about 10 more females subject to drop eggs soon. It is going to be a pretty good year after all. I had a minor set back with a few projects when all of their eggs went bad, but hey, what can you do except try something different next year?

Re: Good year after all
locale sp. corns and eastern kings
motley butter corns
bloodreds
hoping for striped motley bloods
apricot pueblan milks
blue beauty ratsnakes
amel eastern kings
white sided axan fla kings
hypo, anery, and possibly ghost fla kings
gray band kings
thayeri (variable) kings
ultramel charcoal corns
Here are most of them, probably overlooked a couple. I have about 10 more females about ready. Mostly more corns and my albino western hog. The laid earlier, but the 3 eggs I thought were good, went bad.

Re: Good year after all
Two eggs left in the clutch and finally a white side. Maybe next clutch will have better odds.

Re: Good year after all
Congrats and very nice! Love the pics of some of the bloods I've seen. Too bad they tend to be out of my price range.

Jasper Co. SC (Okeetee) Eastern Kings
I was able to hand pick their parents from the clutch of F1s. I had the goal of a wider, complete, white chain pattern. From the looks of the first one out, I may have reached my goal.

Re: Good year after all
The Fla x Eastern King project is so fun for me. I used my Amel Eastern this season for my Fla x East female, who is het amel and hypo. So there will be no hypo's this season. But next season will be a different story. My special holdbacks will be ready next year!

Re: Good year after all
Looks like saying a good year is going to be an understatement. Some really nice animals you're producing Shane.
