Temp. question for heating pad

Just wondering what should the ground temperature be for my under the tank heating pad for my Common Boa TITAN. Also I've got an 1-1.5 inch of forrest bedding as a substrate.

Thanks, Paolo.

I dont know what the temp should be other than that you should have a nice gradient from one side to the other, so Titan can move around. I use forest bed for all my herps and I love it!
