Kind of a strange question

About 2 weeks ago my female bullsnake looked like she was going into shed. He eyes became molly and her skin all dulled out. About 3 days later she cleared up. Now, 2 weeks later, she's back to "normal" looking, eating like a champ, let's me take her out of her vivid and settles right down. No shed though. I've never saw this happen on any of my snakes. Her temps are fine, she uses her hides. She's grown like a weed this past month or so. We measured her out at 2'. When I got her she was about 15".

Like I said she's eating everything. Sometimes I think 1 rat pink isn't enough. She eats every 5-7 days like all my others, just no shed.

Re: Kind of a strange question

I'll bet she sheds by Monday.

Double her meal and she will shed in no time.

Re: Kind of a strange question

Could her shed have been lost in the sub-straight? I had my corn snake shed and bury it in his aspen. I had to search really well to find it.

Check under the hides too. Both of mine shed inside their hides.

Re: Kind of a strange question

So, I came home from work about 3am this morn. Went to my snake room to tell all the kids goodnight and I couldn't find Joon. So I start looking around and I see her starting to come out from under her bedding...in full shed. I guess I was worrying too much about it. Thanks for all the replies guys an gals. I really didnt mean to sound like an overreactive parent. I just have never had a snake go 2 weeks after preshed.
