My "Baby" shed today...took some pictures
As most of you know my baby Mello has been battling a RI...first no I didn't get her out for pictures I just pet her some and took her hide out to get some shots after cleaning out her shed...these pictures were taken today...as you see her weight has improved...and she can breath better now with shed off the spot we'd been tending on her nose is all healed up and no scar...I'm ecstatic about that...even the bite marks are all healed...anyways here her fine butt is in all her glory...

How did you measure her? The shed skin is not always an accurate measure of the snake's length.

I know that, just guessing...yeah first shed she grew like 4 inches...this is her second since i've had her and yes i measured her shed and even subtracted a few inches...she still has a part of her tail shed in her enclosure...that's roughly 5 or 6 more inches...I was a union ironworker...i'm good at guessin length...did it for 5 years

She's very sweet looking. Here's to hoping she makes a full and speedy recovery.
