We got some Dumpies!!
I was at petco to get some crickets for our white lipped tree frogs and I noticed they had a ton of dumpies for $20. They all looked healthy and measured about 2 2 1/2 inches long so I'm guessing sub adults. I asked the lady how long have you had all these dumpies and she said for awhile now. I then said since they are selling slowly I will buy 4 from you if you can mark them down to $15. I love bartering, it worked!! These frogs are so different than the white lips. They tolerate handling much more and don't shoot a super soaker stream of pee at you like the white lips. But the coolest thing is they will call if you make noise. We saw this vid on youtube and tried it and boy do they respond!!

They had some like that at a Petco near me too! These guys may have been even bigger! They were huge! Of course when I went back they were gone! They got some babies in their place . I was kicking with myself for not grabbing them when I first saw them! Nice price too!

No they don't but when they have enough they supersoaker you lol and then jump like 5 feet.

Weird! Mine weren't very noisy! Maybe I had females and they don't call like males do!

Cute frogs I myself am contemplating getting them after realising how tough the little buggers are. I did a coast to coast road trip with the wife last Nov and we were finding them all the way into the outback (Longreach QLD)....
