For alessia55...
Here's a few more pics of our Hog Island, just for you! Enjoy!
Her best Emerald Tree Boa impersonation:
"I'm too sexy for my scales..."
Lunch time!!!
She's really awesome. VERY chill so far, but very alert and curious too. And like the BCC I had when I was younger, a very strong feeding response. It's really interesting to read opinions about Hog Islands. Some seem to indicate a very docile nature, others an aggressive nature. I've personally encountered 5 Hogs thus far, and every one has been tame and good natured, even the breeder snakes that haven't been socialized. I suppose it just depends on the individual animal.

Re: For alessia55...
Thanks everyone for all the nice compliments. As I may have mentioned, gotta thank my boy for loving snakes enough to really want one, and helping me to realize just how much I missed them. The wife and kids even framed the middle pic above and gave it to me for Christmas! It'll look perfect on my work desk, along with all the pics of the rest of my family!
@Norm66 - Although I had decided on the Hog Island based on all my personal criteria for a boa, I too was very fortunate. Finding the right breeder, right snake, and right price, all within a two hour drive from my home was pure luck. Here's to good fortune!

Re: For alessia55...
Really pretty! Had a chance to get one at a steal of a price. Kinda kicking myself for not getting it now lol
