I'm so stupid!!!! I neeeeed help!
I was checking on Vlad and seeing if the shed ever came off of his face and it didn't so I misted him and the whole cage and I ,NOT KNOWING OR PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT I GRABBED, spray it with FEBREEZE! I feel terribly guilty! I immediatly took him out and rinsed him off in some warm water, after I cleaned out his cage completely and rinsed everything off then put some repti-bark instead of the carpet i was using and a different water bowl. I'm freaking out so bad and he seems fine but I don't know for sure. i looked online and seen that Febreeze is toxic to pets and I don't know any vets that would look at him and my friend never got the number to the one she told me about. I'm freaking out so bad and I'm so worried about vlad, he is doing so good so far with me.Do any have you guys have any idea what I should do or if there is anything I can do?!

Yup, what Spooky said is all I can think of right now. Put him in a tub with warm water. Let him soak for 10mins, change the water, repeat. Glad you've already cleaned the cage and replaced the water dish. Also, take your Fabreeze bottle and put it where it belongs. Get your reptile mister bottle and put a huge sticker label on it that says WATER on it so you never make that same mistake again. He should be fine since you rinsed him off immediately after it happened. Good luck!!

He should be ok but would soak him several more times. After that please let him be. He needs a week or so with no excitement to settle in and start eating before any more incidentsts. And +1 on the relocating the febreeze bottle.

Shouldn't have any air fresheners near herps anyways.
I won't even allow my son to use aftershave or cologne in my house.
I make our daughter paint her nails in the basement.
aromatic stuff permeates the air, and our pets breath that junk.

Good point..
Colognes and perfumes do not impress me one bit, if you stink, take a shower.
Air fresheners are rubbish, and anything in an aerosol can is equally stupid.
Virtually every product offered in an aerosol form can be purchased in a non aerosol equivalent.
It keeps cans out of the landfills, saves the ozone from further destruction, and just makes more sense.

Shower, vacuum, and lysol wipes are all I need to keep both myself and my space smelling and looking clean  no air freshners or aerosols for me!

Thanks for replying everyone! I soaked him again and he seems to be doing fine. He is alert and moving and it seems like it didn't phase him not one bit. I hope I'm right about that though. As soon as I get the number to that vet I'll make an appointment to see him asap.
I took a picture or 2 of him for everyone to see 
I think he likes his coat hanger. I use it to get him out and in his cage and I keep it in there till he gets off, he has a really good grip :3

I hope Vlad is OK. My guess is he wasn't exposed for very long so he should be fine, but obviously keep an eye on him.

I agree with not using Chemicals in the house. I can't even think about using most chemicals. My 5 birds wouldn't tolerate it at all. I use Vinegar and water as my cleaner. If for some reason I want the house to smell different I will find herbs and boil them on the stove in water. In the winter I love to boil vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon sticks!
