Brain tease for computer or photograph experts

My mom just found lots of old film (picture). Is there anyway for us to get them into digital form WITHOUT developing and scanning in??

the paying for development and scanning into the computer is the last resort for us as mom found literally 100+ rolls of undeveloped film dating back to who knows when!! Probably holds my entire childhood!!

If the film is undeveloped (in the cans, not negatives) then you have no choice but to pay for developing.

Film is processed by means of chemical bath in a dark room environment, if you open the cans at all the contents are immediately ruined.

You might want to see if they are even a ble to be developed. Depending on how old it is, how it was stored and other factors, it may no longer be any good.

I would process one roll and see what comes back
