Buying frozen mice/rats online?

They are expensive at petco/petsmart. I was wondering if anyone has any experience ordering frozen mice and rats online? If so what websites have you used and how was the customer service, shipping speed, prices, etc.
Thanks in advance
Ashley

Prices are generally much cheaper, but shipping can get you, make sure to check shipping prices first.
Its all pretty much next day delivery.

Re: Buying frozen mice/rats online?

I have ordered from rodentpro. I was extremely happy with my product and the way it was packages. I also found their customer service A1. They have a Thursday cut off for orders going out on Monday. I called Monday around 3 pm and they rushed a shipment out that afternoon. I had also ordered 20 large rats which were our of stock but he forgot to mention at the time of the order. He called me back and said they would hand pick 20 of their smallest extra large and charge me mediums. I am quite happy with them.

Re: Buying frozen mice/rats online?

Each box represents at least 800 mice.

I have a lot of mouths to feed.

And I breed my own rats too.

Re: Buying frozen mice/rats online?

we just did our first rodent pro order. for some reason it seemed to take longer than we expected, and they didn't over-night. I don't know the details though, hubby handled it this time so maybe that's why =P lol so far so good though...those who ate are doing great!

Re: Buying frozen mice/rats online?

I'm used to their schedule. It says right on the web site, orders placed by Thursday ship the following Monday, after Thursday they ship the following week.

I just learned to time my orders correctly to get them in faster.

Re: Buying frozen mice/rats online?

Sorry i cant help but I just met some of the rodentpro guys yesterday at the expo I attended. They were really cool. Of course my friend bough $250 worth of ratcicles so that may have been part of it. Lol. I felt wimpy buying one bag of rat pups by comparison.
