Ont Herp Society alumnus

I was a member of the Society back when they met in the Planetarium. In fact, the reason I had to stop being a member was because they shut down the planetarium and I couldn't get to where they moved their meetings.

I had a pair of Ball Pythons that I used to perform snake dances with, one of whom as of 11-11-11 passed into the Invisible., leaving his erstwhile dance partners bereft.

Cobras have always been dear to my heart, ever since I saw the uraeus on the treasures of King Tut-ankh-Amen back when I was six or seven.Other people collect images of frogs or kittens or puppies, I collect those of cobras.

My proudest acquisition in this regard was (and still is) a pair of Indian brass cobra candleholders.

My idol is the legendary Grace, who befriended many cobras, and whose last name escapes me. I do recall that she at last died from the bite of a cobra that had a pattern on its hood resembling the letter G.

I guess you could say that. I am one of those people who can truly be called "well-read". However I am a bit of a geek, and my particular interests are natural history, Freemasonry and the Knights Templar, with a smattering of Eastern philosophy.
