I don't know boas, or the size they are born, but if this is a baby (just out of the mother) it could be a paradox (snow is the same in boas as retics right? albino+anery?)

Re: strange marks on baby boa

The 3rd image looks like it's 'bruised' itself a little, likely from squeezing in to a very tight spot, which Boas just *love* to do. I wouldn't worry about it too much, it'll probably throw itself into a moult to repair the damage.

When you see loose skin on a snake like in the 2nd image, it's usually a sign that the skin is growing faster than the body it covers. I know it sounds strange, but I've seen it many times and upping the food intake usually solves that rapidly. Just a thought

Re: strange marks on baby boa

the one on his face looks like it might be face rub from rubbing up against the inside of the viv. The others do look like previous injuries, not sure what from. Ask the breeder maybe? My thoughts are either live food injuries or he was housed with others and the got into fights.

Re: strange marks on baby boa

i think your right about the squeezing haha he definitely likes to be crazy hahah, we will try upping the feeding a bit and hopefully he will shed quicker. i am not too worried, as he is still a happy little fella one of the best babies ive interacted with so i know these minor marks wont hinder him thank you for the insight

Re: strange marks on baby boa

Nah, they are minor and won't affect the snake other than likely enduring a moult to repair any damage. It's a Boa, so it'll pack itself into many a tight spot over the years. You'll get used to it
