flexwatt in alberta
I have been looking everywhere but still cannot find flexwatt.... where is it sold? And what is its proper name and manufacturer?
Any help would be appreciated

It is not sold in Canada.
I have heard that the best place to buy it online is from The Bean Farm
Some people here might have some extra to sell if you only need a little bit. I don't have any...sorry

Just like Mike said, it is not available in Canada due to the fact that it is not CSA approved (because you have to wire the product yourself). In my experience, The Bean Farm is the best place to order it from. They have amazing customer service and are super speedy to boot

If it's just for one or two enclosures...use regular UTH mats. They are avaliable at pet stores. They may not be cheep but they work very well when controlled by a rheostat or thermostat.
If you are making a rack type set up...heat tape is best but there are other ways.

yep i just ordered some flexxwatt,clip sets and cords from www.thebeanfarm.com like 20 minutes ago. they do have very good customer service, linds is right, i asked a question and i was emailed back within the hour.

I have been waiting 3 weeks for my heat tape shipment and i am very upset!
GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.
I do not plan on ordering from them again.

Really Grant? I got mine in 3 days, and everyone else I've spoken to has had the same speedy shipment story as I. Maybe something to do with the holidays?

I've called them twice. They said its probably the holidays...
They said, the mail ppl wont really even do a tracking number unless its been 60 days or somethin.
I guess ill be waiting another week seeing that its friday and nothing has come.
