jumpy tic

My retic has never really been jumpy but lately she has been very jumpy when i am putting her in her cage. today she pissed herself off by smacking herself in the face with her own tail. I hold her the normal amount that i always do. mondays tuesdays and wednesdays. She is also a little bit food aggressive and idk y because for the past 3 months i have fed her every friday at around the same time.
