Brumation Frige for milksnakes?

Ok, new to the snake breeding thing. I have 3 adult nelson's milksnakes (an albino male, a 100% het female, and an albino female). All range from 3-4 years, but my male (supposedly the "youngest") is the largest snake.

I have found little info on breeding milksnakes that answers my questions and varying temps for brumation. IF anyone could give me the basics, that would be great!

But here is my real question. My frige went out and we got an old beat-up temporary unit that is roughly 4 feet tall. It's small for like a hotel or a bedroom, but not one of those tiny dorm units. When we fix our frige, I will have no use for the temp unit and my thoughts were to possibly turn it into a brumation cooler of some sort. Has anyone had experience with this?

I was told to just stick my snakes in plastic tubs and put them in a cool closest, but my house will always be above 70 degrees and I don't see that plan working out too well.

Right now the plan is to stop feeding this week and reduce the temp to 75 degrees and reduce it by the week slowly. Tips would really help me out XD

Can the fridge be set at 47-50 degrees?

If so, then go for it.

No food, but make sure there is plenty of water available to drink during the entire brumation.

I wouldn't start dropping the temps til all the food has passed through the snake, if you get what I mean, then start dropping the temperature.
