Re: another new bitey thing
Great pickup! i like his huge eyes as well. There just big enough so he doesn't miss something he can try to bite haha.

Re: another new bitey thing
They do have large teeth but what really works to their advantage is their reach. Mine has hit me from inside his cage while I was almost 3 feet away. For a 5.5ft snake thats pretty impressive I think.

hey man thanks, eyes are awesome... yea this guy doesnt mess about, as soon as you go near the rub hes over stalking you and as soon as you pop the lid you get 2 or 3 strikes in a row, he has balls of steel but thankfully is too small to do any damage as they do get some pretty big teeth. once out tho hes pretty calm just doesnt like sudden movements, these snakes are so alert someone moving at the other side of the room and straight into strike mode. tho in its defence this one doesnt really musk, and tbh id rather take a bite. my other wee one, pics on here, will musk as soon as ya touch it but is slightly less likely to bite, well for a few seconds anyway lol.

hey man have to agree with ya there, the teeth get pretty big but the reach is somkething else, they dont look that big coiled around something then BAM ive near took it on the nose a few times lol, def a good species to keep the reaction times up to speed.
