shedding problem
well for the past few days, my girl have struggled to get her shed off her, now after a few baths and raising her humidity, she has managed to get 85% of the shed off herself and hopefully after this bath shes in (which she seems to enjoy) the rest will come off.

Re: shedding problem
nah, they were still on her last night but when i checked a little while ago she had them off but most of her belly skin is left on her so im hoping that a final bath and some rough objects for her to rub herself on will get it off her.
an exo-terra vine and some artificial ivy is the rough stuff for her to rub up on is in her bath with her lol

Re: shedding problem
Could it be cos you handled it for pictures whilst it was in blue? Doesnt that cause the skin to stick more?

Re: shedding problem
But you're still pressing the new skin against the old which will then stick together. I think the belly is usually the most moist, if I'm remembering correctly.

Re: shedding problem
they are right though, if you handle your snake during blue it makes their shed MUCH more difficult due to the skin sticking. i've forgotten this and held my snakes in blue also.
