Looks like she needs to be put in the cage and left alone for a bit

True...i try not to bother my snakes when in blue. Its already a stressful process and they feel vulnerable..

Gotta agree, specially when it is purely for a picture

Re: my girl in heavy shed pics

shes been like this for a few days so i get her out and bathe her for 10 mins and i took her pics just before i bathed her, usually i do leave my snakes alone unless there having some difficulty with there shed, at which point i intervene.

Re: my girl in heavy shed pics

I've learned that keeping the humidity up and misting regularly when in shed, not blue, helps deliver a one piece shed skin. While in blue they process an oil that exudes out of their skin and gets between the old and the new skin to separate them. That's why when you handle them during this time frame you can cause the old skin to stick to the new. I would only bath if there was a bad shed, but not before. Put an appropriately sized deep bowl in their habitat. That will help with humidity and in case they want to take a dip.
