Best place to buy screen covers for aquarium
So i've been looking into getting a new screen cover for my aquarium, seeing as the one i have no doesn't lock, and id rather get 1 now then wait til my boa gets a little bigger and is able to reach the top of the tank, so I was wondering what suggestions everyone has to where I should look for one
(55 gal - 48.5" x 13")
Thanks

I just got one from reptiledirect.com. They also have cheap clip locks for the cover

Why do you want a screen cover specifically?

What I normally do with those terrariums is put them on their side, build sliding glass doors for the front and set the lamp in a cage so the snake cant come in contact with it on the inside, helps keep in the heat and humidity.

I need to find the thread where we discussed this, but you can buy a sheet of plywood at home depot that is 24 inches by 48 inches and make a cover with a screen window on it for lamps and the project would only cost about $20 to do.

Re: Best place to buy screen covers for aquarium
Get a few pieces of solid wire and wire the lamp inside a mesh box inside the terrarium, then put some saran wrap on the top to stop some of the air flow and hold in some humidity.
Not much time to think right now, playing with my dogs lol
