Need HELP!

I've posed this everywhere but here goes again....
I had treated my BCI for mites a little bit over a month ago.
I first began with soaking in a water/mineral oil solution ....which i had been told by many of ppl that this would kill the mites on her etc...and have used this technique before with success...(which i will not use again)
I also, Provent- a - mited her enclosure and let it air out for a day. She shed(a very bad shed) 2 weeks ago or so which i helped her with .
The last time she ate was before the first shed....
So i look on her today and shes shedding again and she is also leaking fluid from her mouth!
It is very clear like water but is a bit of a thicker discharge. She also has a slight bump/sac underneath her chin which i believe is because of the saliva build up....
Shes not weasing, or showing any signs of RI etc....just a very weird drooling.
I have her soaking at the moment to rid the dry shed....
Any advice?
What exactly is this discharge and why is it happening?
and what can i do?
She's acting normal, and her scales underneath the shed look perfect!
All the missing scales( due to the oil treatment) from after the first shed are gone....
Thanks

Hey...

Are ya sure its not the beginning of a RI? Sounds like that or a possible forign body could by stuck in her mouth. Im sure ya checked, but I have to ask...Did ya check inside her mouth to see whats going on? Drooling....ive only seen a snake do that after eating? Sorry Im not much help. I tried. Im sure someone here will help and if not, ill talk to one of the vets I work with tomorrow.

Anyhow, are the mites gone yet?

not to have you panick grant but get her to the vet i had a burm that was exactly how you discribed with the fluid etc, it turned out to be a viral phnemonia which i had to treat for weeks with needles then to oral meds and had to bake him at at least 90 degrees for the entire time, and a coupage three times aday ( slapping the heck out of him to loosen the fluid in the lungs) again i dont want you to panic but get her to the vet and get a swab done on that fluid with the treatment i gave he is now 100% so if its the same treatment early enough willl work.

Well....i discussed it with Roy Stockwell last night...and he asked me if she had been drinking from her water bowl last night.
a few hours prior to me taking her out of her enclosure she was down by her water bowl....and i had a wee bit of a struggle getting her out and thats when i first noticed her drooling....
He told me that when handling some snakes after they have drinkin some water...u can actually make then regurge the fluid and it comes out thicker then when it went in...i got the old shed off...and let her relax and she is doing fine!
I love when he replies to posts....I always learn something new...
thanks for posting though....ill keep my eye on her, but she has always been very strong.

Best of luck with her. It must be good to know there's probably nothing wrong! Keep us update.

Glad to hear things are good with her. Has the swelling under her neck gone away too? I find after a meal my snakes' necks are kind of loose for awhile and can seem swollen but they're just stretched. ?-Is it common for a snake to have a shed so soon after the last?

Thats exactly what i first thought when i saw her in shed....
But it can happen regularly if there is a problem with external parasites and sicknesses...so i have been told.
although two weeks is cutting it a bit close dont u think?
and yes, her bump is gone...
