Exclamation spotted python help

i just purchased a pair of spotted python both males the one has a a wierd moving buldge about 5 inches from his vent ...he has 2 hard spots in him i saw them move!!!

you cant see them until one moves ....wich is random but you can feel them if you run your thumb down its belly

here is a problem i have faced the closest vet is a 4 hour drive north last time i took my ig there he grabbed her by the tail and forced her to drop it he said and i quote "i did not know that lizards do that" i was furious.
i will take him to the reptile man tomorrow he is great trustworthy man he owns the reptile store and takes great care of all his snakes

Yeah, any news? That sounds bizarre...I'd have to say it almost has to be parasites, but I wouldn't know which ones.
