Re: new friend
You can never go wrong with a Carpet Python. Easiest snakes to take care of. So many new morph coming out each year. Jungle, Bredli, and Jaguar carpets are some of the most beautiful python ever IMO.
Coastal are the biggest they can get up to 10 feet.
Irain Jaya is the smallest staying around or just under 5 feet.
Jungles get between 4 to 8 feet.
Bredli get 5 to 8 feet.
Jaguar up to 10 feet as they are a morph of the Coastal.
Save the best Carpet for last the Diamond. This IMO the most beautiful snakes in the world hands down.
Brazilian Rainbow Boas Rock and are beautiful snake. They get between 5 to 8 feet. They do require high humidity but it easy to achieve.

you know me chuck any old excuse to get my carpets out
75% irian jag
50% jungle jag

as said chuck and i agree with you 100% the best looking of all the diamond python
all carpets with the exception of the diamond python are very straight forward to keep.they are also hardy snakes and very forgiving if mistakes are made.
carpets you just gotta love em .....!!!
cheers shaun
