stick bugs as feeders?

i was thinking about when i had stick bugs years and years ago and rememberd how prolific breeders they were and had mulitipied like nothing you could imagine, well im getting a sav monitor at the end of the month and being how they eat 75% insects in the wild im thinking of tracking down a few stick bugs as a feeder colony? are they healthy if i feed them non toxic food like letuce and other leavey greens? i cant seem to find any nutritional info on them. im still looking but i figure ill ask here as well. i read of lots of people feeding them to their lizards but how healthy is the bug is what im after, like meal worms can be fed to lizards but they are more fatty per source of protien than cricket so crickets are the better choice as a food source. thats what info im after.
