Nice! Thanks Freebody. NERD has some very good links. Fortunately the simple recessive, dominant, or co-dominant morphs are easy enough for me to understand, as I've had genetics training. But some of the more complex ones, like the jaguar and tiger in the carpets, still get me.

carpet genetics make my brain smoke at times

you've had training so i'll stop beating myself up when it takes a while for some of it to sink in with me.

I have always had a general idea as studied genetics in biology lessons at school but must admit that page is teh best explanation i have read for a LONG time. Thanks for the link.

that would sure come in handy mate

its when you put co- dominant x dominant x double or triple (or more) hets into the mix it gets a tad confusing
