Sweet looking snakes. As they get older they should color up nicely.

Re: Finally getting to post pics of the new guys

Very nice. They do tend to color up nicely, but from what I've seen of coastal x diamond, they lack the very diamond-esque patterns that jungle x diamond pythons tend to have. They do, however, have very cool variations on the coastal pattern, in the khaki, cocoa, cream and black. They usually are very very good-looking carpets. Congrats on the new pickup and best of luck with them.

Re: Finally getting to post pics of the new guys

Thanks. I kinda thought the same thing about the Diamond X thing. Really I was just looking for coastals, and that was just a bonus if true. They really are coming along well. I have never seen a feeding response in babies like I've seen in carpets. It seems like out of the gate they are just ravenous.

And there is nothing funnier that a 40g snake acting like it's gonna east your face!

hello and welcome

thats a nice wee pair of carpets you have there.

the second picture down caught my attention.he or she dont appear to have any black on them.looks like a hypo (reduced or no black pigmentation)

it will be nice to see how these develop.
